Aloha! My name is Nilu and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me manifest my dreams. You love vibrant, unique items that support the artist, you know the value of sustainable clothing and you helped my build Manifestie from the ground up.
I sit here today reflecting on my journey, which started 12 years ago in the Himalayan mountains of India. I was sitting drinking chai, making lifelong friendships and learning to macrame crystal necklaces, the local way. I took this new skill back with me to California, where I would sell my necklaces in local farmers markets and music festivals.
I come from an artistic family; my mom and dad are both artists in many mediums. Working the festival scene and meeting other talented artists, it inspired me to create an apparel and decor line that would showcase our work. At Manifestie, you will find designs by me, designs by artists in my community, and a curation of my favorite finds.
Manifestie is definitely a project from the heart. I am so appreciative of the journey and look forward to the future of Manifestie. Manifesting works, so let's manifest the best! 💫
